Michael C. McCaffrey is the founder and President of MCM International Spa Strategists Planners, Inc. which has designed, developed and consulted numerous spa resort, health and beauty facilities throughout North and South America. McCaffrey's top priority is to develop or reposition properties to a high level of distinction and profitability.

Mr. McCaffrey is recognized as an industry leader with over 25 years experience in health, fitness, spa resort operations and management. His background in the spa resort hospitality industry has included every phase ranging from feasibility studies, business plans, design development, operations, and direct management. McCaffrey holds a graduate degree in Physiology, Nutrition and Business Management and has been a frequent presenter at industry trade shows on design, operations and financial management.

Since its inception in 1988, MCM has completed over 200 design and operational development consultations for luxury hotel properties and planned residential communities. Market analysis, educational feedback, training, job support, problem solving, retail assistance, maintenance support and sales and promotional involvement are but a few of the areas in which MCM directs spa facility personnel and profitability.

MCM has employed over 400 spa professionals at MCM spa locations and, as consultants, provides valuable technical assistance to resort and planned communities both nationally and internationally.

Mr. McCaffrey's responsibilities include direct coordination of all team professionals, communication with clients and client's representatives and implementation of the scope of services.
