MCM provides feasibility studies, business plans, design, developmental and operational consultation for hotel amenity spas, destination spa resorts, medically focused spas, world-class country clubs, and residential real estate developments.

MCM was selected as consultants to assist in the design and opening of The Spa at Buena Vista Place Resort & Spa and was chosen to consult the “flagship” Spa at the Grand Floridian, both of which are some of the finest Disney properties.

MCM provided the conceptual planning, design assistance, operational and training for the elegant spa addition to Saddlebrook Resort outside Tampa, Florida which is Arnold Palmer's world headquarters for golf. MCM assisted the PRITIKIN LONGEVITY CENTER located at the Loews Hotel Santa Monica, CA and Turnberry Isle, Miami properties by providing technical design requirements to architects and designers, specifying equipment and providing operational consultation required to open the spa facility.

The company performed the financial feasibility, design development and consultation in all areas of operation and training for the Canadian Pacific's historic Fairmont Banff Springs Spa, which resulted in a significant 12% increase to the overall occupancy of the 850 room property. The Spa was voted “World's Best” by Conde Nast Magazine.

MCM provided the financial pro forma for GROVE PARK INN RESORT in Asheville, North Carolina again providing design and operational consultation to one of America's top ten historical properties.

As consultants MCM has the opportunity to monitor current trends that are financially viable and routinely provide operational audits for spa properties such as the Ritz Carlton Cancun and the Spa Hotel & Casino in Palm Springs, CA in which MCM provided operational services and developed a marketing plan which capitalized on the unique mineral springs and historical location.

In addition to providing consultation services to clients, MCM has owned and operated financially successful spa operations and has employed over 400 spa professionals.
